The Hub

Named after a store that was once at the heart of Show Low, The Hub is envisioned as the central commercial district for Show Low Bluff. Back in the 1940s, a combined hardware, sporting goods store and gas station opened at what is now the intersection of the Deuce of Clubs and White Mountain Road. Because of its location in the center of town—and at the center of life—in Show Low, the business was renamed The Hub. The original store closed in the 1970s, but the tradition of a gathering place for friends and neighbors, and a focal point of commercial activity, will live on at The Hub in Show Low Bluff.

Our vision for The Hub is to offer business owners a variety of opportunities for specialty shops and service enterprises. Designed as a pedestrian-friendly town center with storefront sidewalks and parking, The Hub will serve Show Low Bluff residents and patrons from all around the growing White Mountains area. Offering a shopping experience unique in the entire region.

Dining & Entertainment

In bringing our concept for The Hub to reality, we anticipate a truly distinctive commercial district, featuring an assortment of dining and entertainment opportunities. All centrally located within walking distance of each other. And all part of a dynamic center of activity in the White Mountains.

Boutique Hotel

Among the many proposed amenities and attractions at The Hub, we envision development of a true boutique hotel. The first destination of its kind in the White Mountains region. Our goal for the hotel is to welcome tourists as well as guests of Show Low Bluff residents for summer vacations, winter ski trips and year-round escapes to the high country.

Residences

More than a great place for shopping, dining, entertainment and other social activities, The Hub has also been conceived as a uniquely inviting place to live. A first-of-its-kind land plan approved by the City of Show Low will allow separate condominium buildings as well as condos located over retail shops. All offering the enjoyment of living within short walking distance of The Hub’s amenities and attractions.
